Aryas Shipping & Returns 

Shipping 
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day. We will not be held liable for late deliveries or misplaced or lost deliveries due to our third-party couriers, Therefore the following timescales are an estimation and are not guaranteed. 
We provide free shipping to all orders over £20. 

STANDARD DELIVERY  
Standard delivery is £2.99 + VAT and can take up to 3-4 working days from dispatch.  
EXPRESS DELIVERY  
Express delivery IS £4.99 +VAT and can take 1-2 working days from dispatch. 

Returns Policy 
In order to arrange a return, please contact us and inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return at contact@aryas.co
We will then reply with a unique returns authorisation number and the address you need to send the item to. You'll need to package the item securely and include: 

  • Your order number 
  • The returns authorisation number 
  • Whether a replacement or refund is needed 
  • The reason why you are returning the item. 

Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. 
Once received items will be checked and refunds on goods and postage arranged where suitable. We cannot issue refunds on simply unwanted goods due the perishable nature of goods on sale. Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on items that are faulty, and were clearly so at the time at which they were dispatched. 

Cost of Returning Products  
You must bare the direct cost of returning the products to us for products returned on the basis you wish to cancel or you are unhappy with the product. 
We will bare the costs if we are at fault; "Fault" means we have sent you an incorrect item, the item you received is faulty or it does not match the description (and we have not informed you of the differences in the product design or description).  

Risk, Product Insurance and Proof of Return  
The products are at your risk until they have been returned to us, and accordingly we recommend that you ensure the products accordingly and provide us with a proof of postage on items that are being returned.
